THIS is why we always tell you: Never do anything nice for anyone.

--A former high school classmate of hers heard about it, reached out to Mercedes, and took her into her home in Lower Southampton Township, Pennsylvania for four days. (--Her name wasn't released.)
--And how did Mercedes repay her classmate? By STEALING HER IDENTITY.
--She's been hit with 43 FELONY CHARGES of access device crimes for making 43 fake debit card purchases with her classmate's card. She's also facing 95 misdemeanors for identity theft and receiving stolen property.
--Police have issued an arrest warrant for her, but they haven't tracked her down yet.
