Nine-year-old Elizabeth Kandris is a fourth grader in Chesterfield County, Virginia . . . and she's decided to help the youngest victims of Hurricane Sandy.  (--Chesterfield County is the southern suburbs of Richmond.)

--She was upset by news coverage of the storm . . . especially when she saw children who'd lost their homes and belongings.

--So Elizabeth told her mother that she wanted to donate some of her stuffed animals to kids in the northeast who had lost all of theirs.  Then she decided to take it a step further.

--Now, Elizabeth is organizing a stuffed animal drive.  The bus drivers at her school are helping her round up stuffed animals, and she currently has four collection boxes around the city where people can drop them off.

--Elizabeth plans to collect the stuffed animals until November 17th, and then get them to the children.
