27-year-old John Webster used to play tailback at Morrisville State College. He's 5-foot-10, weighs 220 pounds, and teaches gym at Elmhurst elementary school in Queens, New York.
--And he's suing the school . . . because a first grader injured him last April. (--They don't say how much he's suing for.)
--Six-year-old Rodrigo Carpo is four-foot-two and weighs in at 50 pounds. On April 26th, Rodrigo and his class were on their way to the cafeteria for lunch.
--Rodrigo was goofing off in the hall, and when John tried to calm him down, Rodrigo ATTACKED. John tried to grab his arms, but Rodrigo bit him, and karate-kicked him at least twice, fracturing his ankle and injuring his knee.
--Now John suffers from knee and ankle problems, and needs a brace. He's also been going to a therapist to deal with the stress from the incident.
